Then, the heads of all departments/workshops and KTE management leaders concluded the work of the department/workshop in the first half of 2018 and planned the work in the second half of the year based on the general manager's work report. After the end of the free discussion and speech, our president Mr. Pan Rondun proposed specific requirements to the members. In terms of cost control, it is required that the design work of the technical department should be standardized as far as possible, and a system should be formed. Raw materials and kits should have the most reasonable price and show the best cost performance on the premise of guaranteeing product quality. In purchasing, we should actively seek new supply channels and new material allocation plans. Production and manufacturing costs should be controlled throughout the whole process. Cost controls must not be relaxed. Finally, he asked everyone to put in place their ideas, measures and implementation. Only in this way, the company can survive and develop healthily, and the corporate vision of SLMC as an internationally renowned supplier of coating and finishing equipment can be realized as soon as possible.
